I believe we can appreciate our bodies, show ourselves compassion, and trust our decisions, without sacrificing our mental or physical health. Sometimes we just need a helping hand. 

I work one-on-one to identify lifestyle and emotional patterns that might play a bigger role in their physical health and wellbeing. 

Together, through our regular talk therapy sessions, we start to uncover how your personal habits around sleep, nutrition, and exercise contribute to your overall mental health. 

My goal is to help you identify the root issue of your emotional eating, and guide and support you toward healing, self-empowerment, and ultimately finding the inner-confidence and peace that you’ve been longing for. 


How it works…

  • We have a 60-minute 1:1 session every 1-2 weeks, at your preference

  • I provide a safe space and collaborative environment for you to feel comfortable on your healing journey

  • You’ll get a comprehensive mind and body intake assessment before we begin our work together

  • I offer practical tools and support to empower yourself to heal from the inside out, using a combination of solution-based coaching techniques and mindfulness evidence-based therapy.
