Chia Seed Bowl
Chia seeds have an impressive amount of fiber and protein and are considered a superfood! Adding chia seeds to your day provides numerous benefits, including brain-boosting omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of chia seeds to ¼ cup of milk.
1/4 cup milk of choice- plant-based options(almond, oat, pistachio, ect.,)
honey, maple syrup
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
half cup berries or fruit of choice on top
Instructions
Add your milk of choice to a glass jar or glass tupperware container. Sprinkle in chia seeds
Stir the milk and seeds together, making sure there are no clumps
add honey, maple syrup or sweetener of choice
cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours or overnight
add berries, fruit, or hemp seeds for added benefits
