Chia Seed Bowl

Chia seeds have an impressive amount of fiber and protein and are considered a superfood! Adding chia seeds to your day provides numerous benefits, including brain-boosting omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to ¼ cup of milk.

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice- plant-based options(almond, oat, pistachio, ect.,)

  • honey, maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds

  • half cup berries or fruit of choice on top


Instructions

  • Add your milk of choice to a glass jar or glass tupperware container. Sprinkle in chia seeds

  • Stir the milk and seeds together, making sure there are no clumps

  • add honey, maple syrup or sweetener of choice

  • cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours or overnight

  • add berries, fruit, or hemp seeds for added benefits
